ABOUT

Rebecca is a private psychotherapist based in Savannah’s vibrant Starland District, offering personalized and compassionate counseling for individuals and couples. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the Rhode Island School of Design.

With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Rebecca has supported clients in diverse settings, including the Georgia Southern University Counseling Center, the Savannah College of Art & Design Counseling Center, and a group psychiatric practice, before establishing her private practice in 2022.

Rebecca’s clinical expertise spans mood disorders, trauma, existential questioning, behavioral addictions, interpersonal dynamics, life transitions, family concerns, and LGBTQ+ issues. Rebecca’s therapeutic style is person-centered, integrating Existential Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), always tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs.

Beyond her clinical work, Rebecca has an extensive background in commercial photography. She spent 15 years as a photography director and producer, working with major photographers and publications such as Vibe, Revolver, Inked, and XXL magazines.

Rebecca is passionate about mental health, analog photography, heavy metal, and cats.
